Just like every visit here at the dental office of Robert Graffeo, DDS, your first one will start exactly when you scheduled it, and we’ll treat you like you’re the only patient in the world. After taking some X-rays and photos of your mouth, you’ll meet your dentist, who will chat about your dental and medical history and ask what brought you to our dental office. They’ll then perform an exam, share their observations with you, and discuss your treatment options. Once you’ve both agreed on an ongoing care plan, we’ll escort you to the front desk so we can help you figure out payment and scheduling details.
You no longer have to wait until you’re sitting in our dental office to fill out our patient forms! Just click the link below and complete them at your leisure. When you bring the forms to our dental office on the day of your appointment, we’ll be able to check you in nice and fast! You can still choose to fill out our forms in our waiting room, but please arrive about 15 minutes before your scheduled time to do so.
